I am a second generation painting contractor, having apprenticed with my father in the basics of prepping and clean work habits. During summer vacations, I learned the art of spraying at Greenspoint Mall, one of Houston's largest centers. I also witnessed the vast damage caused by Hurricane Alicia in 1983. The upside: plenty of renovation and repaint work in residential and commercial buildings, which prompted me to start my own painting business. When the opportunity arose to join Painting Professionals, it was an easy decision. My chief responsibilities are scheduling and developing cost estimates from blueprints. I also oversee the day-to-day operations of crews that share my high standard of quality and attention to detail.
