Painting Professionals has painted light industrial
facilities of every conceivable type. Exterior work includes
cleaning and painting various surfaces, such as brick, masonry,
wood, tile or new synthetic materials. Our interior painting
includes surfaces that need cleaning and restoring such as
structural steel, walls, floors, ceilings, stairwells and elevators.
PROPER
PREPARATION IS ESSENTIAL
We take no shortcuts. When abrasive blasting or rusty metal
decking is required, or shot blasting prior to installing an
epoxy floor, we take every step necessary to return surfaces
to a paintable state. Prepping can also include acid etching,
chemical degreasing, pressure washing, steam cleaning, manual
and power tool cleaning. Beware of a low bid that omits these
crucial steps.
SPECIAL
REQUIREMENTS
We will refinish equipment using durable, industrial grade
coatings and apply color-coded, safety zoning throughout a
facility. Where specified, we can apply low volatile organic
compounds (VOC) coatings, special coatings with fire retardant
properties, coatings with non-slip characteristics, chemical/moisture
resistant coatings or coatings with anti-microbial performance.
We also paint corporate identification logos and graphics that
comply with corporate guidelines.

We can schedule painting during off hours and production downtimes
to maintain normal business activities without disruption.
Our crews also take precautions to place and store tools and
materials out of the path of employees and visitors to ensure
maximum safety. Additionally, we can use paints with barely

may be used soon after work is completed.
